I think they did invert the bounty time reward structure. (As in, faster = more money). I turned in a $$$ bounty alive at 29 seconds, and got 0.25 gold. I turned in a dead $ bounty with 3 minutes left, and got 0.25 gold.

they did fix the "bug" where after purchasing an off hand holster you didn't actually need to keep one equipped to dual wield. I took advantage of that for a cleaner formal outfit but now I'm restricted to only one pistol unless I want to tack on the extra holster

I'm using the interactive map that everyone uses. So either they updated the spawns to new locations or they nerfed it.
