I tried to solo a two man bounty once. My plan was, pop one of them in the face, hogtie the other, then stow the live one and lasso the dead one to drag behind. It was a good plan, but it went to shit. I ended up getting confused in the firefight and killing both of them.

once you're making x2.5 gold per daily and rolling in treasure maps and higher tier bounty hunts itll build up quick

For large wagons, yes.

Even though making distant deliveries by yourself will give you $625, the risk is simply too high to get that reward.

A posse is recommended, just make sure they follow instructions and protect your wagon until you have arrived at the destination.

I bought the game and joined online yesterday, I'm hurting for stuff because it's all expensive or walled behind ranks

I was excited when I found a treasure map and said treasure, because I found $100 and 1 gold, and from what I've heard, gold isn't exactly easy to come by and is also required for everything cool

work on building up your daily streak for the time being

money won't be truely easy to come by until you can invest in the frontier pursuits

if i were just starting out, i'd grind out the story missions and then focus on stranger missions for the gold

til i had 15 for collector

it really depends on playstyle

if you're solo then definitely collector

Honestly right now I'm trying to grind levels for a bow as well, because I heard hunting is a pretty good way to make money early on

And yeah, I'm solo as of now

trader can be more lucrative than collector if you have a posse of people all dedicated to running large wagon trains

bounty hunter is the only role that directly pays out gold but imo it's not a priority since so do stranger missions, and you can also join bounty hunts if your posse leader has the license for it
