What is the best way to grind gold? Those collector and bounty hunting quests are locked behind 15 gold bars, which seems to be a nightmare to get in this game.

Even if you don't have a bounty license, you get gold from doing a bounty mission with someone else

In the 3 or so weeks the game has been out on PC, I've earned over 100 gold
