I think I've got the random bounty formula down. Unfortunately it mostly involves murderizing every other red dot on the mission. Trick is to get to a vantage point where you can observe everyone fairly closely. Use Eagle Eye / enhanced binoculars to ID your bounty, then using Paint It Black and an Evans or a pair of high capacity sidearms (Lemat / Semi-Auto Pistol / Mauser) to headshot everyone that isn't your target all at once.

unblinking eye helps you get some extra time to mark targets

If you calm your horse whilst riding it, it will give you 1 stamina back. so basically a 10 stamina horse will have 20 stamina when you are travelling

They look cool, but the #1 problem with "unique" weapons is that you cannot customize/upgrade them whatsoever. I DO NOT recommend buying them.
