Technically, all repeaters are good, but the Dankcaster is the best overall due to its stats and versatility.

The Carbine is good if it's fully upgraded, the Evans is great for PvE against large groups of hostile NPCs, and the Litchfield does more damage than the other repeaters at the cost of accuracy.

Since you have a Litchfield, I would like to give you a bit of advice: use the fuck out of Paint It Black. Dead Eye is mandatory if you want to hit targets, otherwise your aim will be worse than stormtroopers, even with Auto Aim.
