It has decent damage, decent range. But only way to hit things was for me to stand still

If you slightly walk the bloom gets so big, you could probably hit better with a Lancaster at further range.

for pvp i mostly only use the bolt action, it’s just, that good

no need to use any other weapon if they just die the moment you aim at them

if you’re bad at aiming just use PiB, or once you get better you can just run a tank build using slow and steady

plenty of people run dual pistols for the fast rate of fire with gunslinger’s choice, i know i used to have gunslinger’s with winning streak, but if someone only just uses slow and steady and fool me once they can just go into deadeye with a bolt and headshot you

Meh insurance pays itself back eventually. And a lot faster than you think. It also allows your horse to be revived automatically. Which in and of itself is with the $125 imo lol

there are 3 "cycles" that change everyday and all items respawn. You can (and some mad people do) theoretically collect and hand in all sets every single day --> income of 4k+ every day.

choose at #550659240633827329 the collector role and look at the pins. There is every info you need about the collector. Really everything.
But to answer your questions: yes, you can have duplicates(max stacks of 10) and you will always keep all duplicates. Theoretically (and @cerulean wharf did it) you can have 10 stacks of every single collectible and cash in 40k+ at once.

In case they also launch the outlaw pass, then the outlaw pass as you will get all your gold back, when you reach max level on it. The roles won't run away. The Outlaw pass will run out.

if that's the case, choose outlaw pass + collector as you get a ungodly constant amount of xp with collector as soon as you reach level 5

I reached outlaw pass lvl 70 in like... 3 maybe 4 days together with collector. Then you will have all your gold back and you can get the other roles.

Player bounties are ridiculously rare. I have bounty hunter lvl 20 since week 2 after the update and I didn't see a single one yet. BH is like 99,9% npc bounties.

I havent unlocked collector on ps4, but i've heard looting bodies is a great way to find collectibles. There's not many bodies to loot with only collector unlocked 🤔

now that it came out with new horses and i’m already level 100, i just got the criollo since it’s basically a better fox trotter , and the bay frame one is cute

and about horses, so long as you get a good saddle and stirrups, bond with the horse up until level 4 (andif it’s stamina is about half), it’s all really up to what horse you like

if you like big horses, go for the kladruber, or black chestnut thoroughbred, or i guess the shire? not sure about its stats

if you like smaller horses, go with criollo or fox trotter, or hell if you like morgans go for it

but i mean, with a morgan you’re really going to need the best saddle

the nacogdoches saddle gives +1 bar to speed and acceleration and the hooded stirrups give +2 bars to speed and acceleration

my criollo has 10/10 speed and 8/10 acceleration, my kladruber has 7/10 speed and 8/10 acceleration

so you’re really not missing out on speed

like i said, onlypvpcat did a test between speeds giving a horse with 10/10 speed using the best stirrups , and a really slow horse with bad stirrups and made them run from saint denis to tumbleweed

... so ... in conclusion ... maxed-out kladruber could be as fast as a maxed-out criollo.

you can’t increase their speed or accelation through bonding, just through their saddle and stirrups

It seems like lowbie players can get-away with trader mission posses ... gain money ... then bring-up the bounty and collector roles with the easy money.
It doesn't seem like you need a good horse or good guns, for the trader missions (if you are in a posse).

There isn't really a best role, it depends on what you like doing but you can do all 3 at once

Bounty Hunter has action and is the only one to pay in gold, but has kinda low pay depending on the bounty numbers
Trader takes time with huntiing but the large wagon gets like 625 on large distant delivery
Collector makes great money, but takes forever getting all the sets and is pretty mind numbing so you'd need to be really bored or no life it for collector money

From what I have watched on YouTube, trader missions seem like a mix of multiplayer gaming + traveling together across the map (similar to collecting) + gunfights at the end or with enemy players (similar to bounty hunting).

If you haven't done it before it will probably help you find stuff better. Sometimes items glitch out for some people in the posse though. You all have to collect them.

It's mostly solo, but if you find arrowheads in animals, the whole posse gets those too as well as someone finding a hidden item that doesn't show on the map, others can go and dig it up too on they're own

Nah, everyone still has to go dig it up themselves, but with a posse, there's a better chance at someone finding it

I'd say collect alcohol bottles and tarot cards until you're level 5. Buy the shovel and metal detector asap. Then just collect coins and all jewelry, maybe alcohol bottles if you want them for pvp

If arrowheads are that rare ... and if there is no radius limit ... then that means you really really want to be in a posse ... preferrably a collector posse ... so that you are all searching for arrowheads while doing your other collector role activities.

No, there are fixed spots for arrowheads. Lilith was talking about ones you get randomly, like through a special encounter with an injured animal you have to put down.

I don't bother with arrowheads at all. For return on money vs, time, best items are coins and then all the jewelry sets.

And for those you need the metal detector and shovel

Hence why you need to get to level 5 with $1000

The Trader tent is cramped af. A claustrophobic person would instantly have a heart attack before he/she gets to the bed.

The Collector tent is fine, but the net on the outside allows enemies to see if there's activity in the tent.
