You can drag one with a lasso, or carry it on the shoulder and one on the horse. 2 is definitely possible. Any more than that is a lot harder. I assume you would have to kill any above 2 targets and turn them in like that.

But using glitches and loopholes just to mess with people's gaming fun is low and pathetic.
