Trader: A legendary animal that you need to track, lure and trap.
Collector: A legendary item, you can only find with clues and riddles and which is guarded.

The weekly sets are a joke and not comparable to the legendary bounties. Apart from just beeing another 3 piece set to collect, they add nothing to the game as they just use 3 existing items and in the end it is better not to hand in these sets rather than keeping the items for the bigger set they actually belong to.
Imo the weekly set is meant for casual players so they can finish one easily without looking for 10+ items.

Eventually you will acquire skills that will help you in treasure hunting. They do have maps made by other players now that tell you the locations of things by what day it is and you can find them that way

I believe there’s a skill that decreases the search area, there’s a skill that allows your eagle eye to spot dig sites, etc

i usually have to hop servers twice and start 2 missions before any animals appear for me

start a 1 star bounty. then animals spawn around you for some unknown reason

dont even bother going to the bounty

just let it run out

It's best if you start that bounty then run away from the poster right away, it'll load you into a private lobby as well for the animal spawns
