In my adventures of today, me and a random guy I met decided to attempt getting to the prison. Used a canoe to paddle all the way down the Lemoyne River, he got disconnected. Join back up, do it again, I get disconnected (by the exact same spot....), And we join back up again. Get out to right of Saint Dennis, water is too choppy for canoe, hijack steamboat. Take it past the choppy waters, and apparently (I wouldn't know because "I blew up") the boat exploded, he insta-drained stamina, and drowned.
