and i got the outlaw pass, but that's cause i felt the rewards are worth it to me... and its easy to recover the gold it cost... i think i've made about half of it back after a few hours
treasure maps drop way more frequently now, i'm basically going on collection quests and by the time i'm done with that i've got atleast 1 or 2 more maps

Hmm. I just did a $$$ bounty. Got 440 exp. The first one has bonus. So it'll give 650+ exp. I would say leveling the bounty hunter isn't bad around established levels.
