If you have a friend and a lot of time, replay the Teddy Brown mission.

And wait approx 20 minutes before reaching Fort Mercer

The mission is damn near idiot proof and doesn't require escort bs or chasing a wagon.

Just go here and kill.

Plus you get free split point for the job, although you should consider buying the pamphlet if you haven't

By the time you blow up the barricade and walk inside, you switch to 1st person and exterminate every living organism between you and teddy

It's also the one great time to use the Quite An Inspiration dead eye card, since you can't eat or drink in the armor

And if you are having trouble with Teddy, dynamite his ass. Otherwise you and your crew should just do to him what they did to Murphy before he became Robocop

Waiting before you siege gives you more gold nugs, money, and XP (because R* treats us all like call girls and pays out by the minute)

Well no. You can choose to replay the mission but it'll force you to matchmake

But if you have even one person in the posse willing to shoot birds around Armadillo, you're all set

And you could just wait around the mission start too, just don't get kicked for inactivity. Fiancé and I just move the sticks around every five minutes or so while getting chores done around the house. We set a timer too.

in this game they should of went more a roleplaying style for red dead 2 online

Showdowns and completing Awards are by far the best ways to earn XP. However, there are some major problems with Showdowns:

1. You need to be extremely good at PvP in order to fully benefit from Showdowns.

2. You need to be well-armed and heavily prepared for gunfights (have ammo, tonics, and provisions readily available to consume).

3. Showdowns have awful spawn locations, bad maps to fight on, inconsistent minimaps, and lousy game modes only filthy casuals like.

4. The more tryhards you encounter in matches, the more frustrating and difficult it will be for you to farm XP, especially if they're using explosive ammo.

5. You are more likely to disconnect/crash than usual.

My buddy created a permanent posse (and paid)and whenever I accept his invites, it never actually adds me.

It says he can't add players for some unknown reason

When mine does work, we can't do anything except stranget missions

We tried server hopping, friendly fire on and off

Turning the game on and off

We tried story missions (which worked - stranger missions work too) but posse versus missions are forever greyed out

We wanna do the posse race and every single waypoint I add, it says 'race cannot end at current waypoint'. Doesn't matter if the endpoint is on a road, on grass. In Blackwater or Valentine

The game just does not want to work

I dont remember the error I used to get but I literally had to replace my router... opening ports, "hard restarting" the game, and hard wiring my ps4 to net did nothing.
