@craggy sapphire generally the way it works is, any talent that increases damage works best with increased rates of fire. Weapons that have the potential to one-shot (snipers and bows) don’t benefit from increased damage. Those that do large amounts of damage and have low rates of fire, Springfield, Bolt Action don’t benefit because the damage increase will never be large enough to make up for the low RoF. Bolt action will always be a 2 hit kill, regardless of what buffs are stacked, same for Springfield.

Now where that may make a difference is with repeaters and handguns

Winning Streak is a relatively strong talent for weapons with mid-high rates of fire.

but i think its just the express rounds themselves + dude is probably a low rank thats not on full HP

Usually I don’t condone griefing, but these two guys had a public posse so I joined it and when I met up with them the leader kicked me out and murdered me. That’s fine. Whatever. But then... They kept calling me names over their mics? Two fully grown men??? Attacking me???? Over a game???? Well that just was not ok so what did I do? Murdered them both. Over. And over. And over. I he just kept coming after me, my posse rode in to town and started fighting and he called his posse

Anyone who came to blackwater was stranded in the middle of it and had to fight their way to wherever they went

All these people flooded blackwater

I’m chill as long as others are chill, even in gta. In gta I have a group that helps folks grind and protects them from griefers and tryhards. R* games are full of them sadly
