I get that stranger quest bug every now and again... sometimes I can do a bunch in a row and then I’m not able to accept anymore. There’ll be a quest and a spiel and then nothing. Same with every stranger after it.
The only way I found around it was to try joining a posse in a new server and let them take up the missions til it bugs out on them.

thats exactly what me and the crew do. Always hunt/fish/collect herbs while you wait, maximise the payout.
Some missions pay out up to 28-30$ usually for the 20min missions and if u get 5-10 sockeye salmon in that time, thats could be $40-50 in that mission alone

the max payout.. ive heard different things.
We wait till the timer goes red for the last 30 seconds
but someone else said the payout is stacked every 3mins... so if its a 20min mission, u should be able to get max payout in last 2 mins...

@frail kelp there are poison arrows online, the level requirement is rather high, it’s somewhere around mid 60s-70 I think. They work the same as they did in story. Great way to get a perfect kill on large game especially if you don’t wanna fuck up the pelt. I use them on bear, cougars and moose

You still have to hit neck or head for perfect kill tho

They need to change free roam trains to make them random. Passenger, freight or war.

It was epic riding my horse dodging gun shots as I was too far away for auto aim to lock on

I eventually took control and got too far away for them to catch up

The train is THE spot to be in a free roam battle

You have the cover on the train and they need to ride up and be completely exposed

Still need to be smart when on the train tho, explosive rounds ruin everything

I was in the driver area and was fanning my revolver as fast as possible at them making my last stand while nearly dead

I had nowhere to cover

1v2’s are so intense

There’s not much to do when you hit the armor cap besides grind for gear in dz or do missions over and over

Yeah there's a buckle challenge. Kill 2 animals with a stick of dynamite.

Schools of fish are the best way to do it cause they're usually in groups of 4, which makes the challenge easier and quicker to do.

The gold award gives 600xp
