With the very strong auto-aim, I don't think it's really a "skill" based combat system. There are some basic combat systems in which you could be better in moreso than others. But calling this a skill-based game is like calling Zelda a skill-based game, yes, of course someone could be more skilled at the game and not take damage or speedrun it, but it is not a skill-based game. Not with this incredibly strong auto-aim.

RDR2 combat system is not reliant on skill. The game is nigh-on unplayable without auto-aim. AUTO AIM IS NOT SKILL. In a skill-based game it is the players fault for taking damage. Not a result of auto aim. CoD is a skill-based game because there is no auto aim, it takes skill to shoot a gun accurately. RDR2 does not have that. Just point in the general direction or use dead-eye.

Just like how some people can have skill in Zelda games and beat it without taking damage, they can do so in RDO

That does not mean that RDR2 combat system is skill-based

Me everytime anyone complains about the auto lock. Sure its stronger than a lot of games but most shooters on console have some assisted aim and if everyone has the same amount of aim assist then no ones at any sort of advantage so that argument is silly.

Aiming on this game would be a nightmare free aim only, especially for those who prefer pc gaming but are stuck playing on console rn because exclusivity

Just random things that have been messing up while trying to hunt.
