Stuff like Gun rush and Showdown Series

I am no expert at Online by any means, but doing Showdowns was the fastest way I saw for scoring money and XP, even if you don't do that great--the payout in terms of both cash and xp was significant. You can turn out a Showdown match once every 5 to 8 minutes, so it's pop, pop, pop

I did a showdown series yesterday

I got from level 19 to 20 inless than a hour

SO it's a fast way to grind up EXP

Also pro tip @cloud narwhal Wait till you beat the story for things like haircuts and clothing, spend your money on weapons as weapons in some events and free roam depend how well you do. Now im not forcing you to save your money, but that's just a tip I would personally follow.
