And yea you can join as a posse but you got to do a trick to not have your team split up
Change your team from the team the game puts you on initially
It doesn’t always work but it seems to prioritize putting you on a team that you choose
And it’s more likely to split you up if you just stay on the team you’re put on at the start

Playing with posse of 3 will sometimes split 1 person off
