easiest way to earn money is to just hunt all the animals you find until you have full stacks of meat, feathers, and other parts. you will keep all those things if you die or get DC'ed.

of course you want to collect the pelts and carcasses when you can, but those are only about 1/4 of the profit you can make from selling all the animal parts.

what I do is chase down the 3 stars outside of blackwater, lasso it and knife it

#

It remains 3 stars like that

Then when I've got 2 I lasso the second one and drag it behind me to be sold

#

3 stars sell for 6.50 and with all the birds and 2 stars I pick up along the way I can get like 30 dollars worth of stuff pretty fast in one trip

Only issue is there's a ton of griefers in blackwater

nope. but you gotta get a head, vitals shot

and it'll usually down the animal and you have to wait for it to bleed out. if you shoot it again it ruins it.

The stranger missions glitch out so much it really is better to level killing folks in free roam and free roam events

I hope they fix that. And lean more into rp because I don't like what my character has become. I used to help low levels speed level, now I kill indiscriminately

Also the butcher disconnect has made hunting untenable

I just do speed hunts around Rhodes. We should establish Valentine and Rhodes as hunting zones as a community. I try not to shoot folks when I'm there for that reason. But then they trigger stranger missions

I like the team modes more. Free for all are just annoying due to people always spawning behind you. You kill a person and then get shot immediately from behind

Strangers missions are how I got like 54 levels in like 2 weeks

It all depends on what you want

I go for stamina because you can cover more distance quicker

And in race showdowns all the horses are equalized

@upbeat hamlet I've tried everything at my disposal, but thanks for the response.
I had a nice hideout <> stranger missions route going over there, but kinda ruined now with the NPC bugging out.
Log in every day to see if he's fixed, and sometimes rubberband next to him just to stay ingame for hours hoping the timer will reset.
Fingers crossed for next update I guess.
In the meantime, I'll be swingin' me hammer in Vermintide.

I find it funny that they took enough time to give every npc a voice and lines of dialogue, but all of our characters are dumb mutes with the most stupid looking ways of communicating .
