However, sometimes it can be useful to do small game hunting if there are a lot of people around.

And with the varmint you'll get perfect pelts regardless of initial quality provided the animal is supposed to be killed with a varmint.
Something that happened the past month or so.
Might be bug, I don't know.

i usually get the glitch where you talk to them, listen to their 45 minute monologue then it doesn't start the mission and they tell you they don't have a mission, or it's a different kind of mission available.
