Best way I found was to shoot but not kill the 2 gatling gunners so they don't use the gun, then snipe the 4 snipers on top of fort. That should allow you to execute everyone outside the fort

@sage quiver I'd suggest stealing a horse and using the stolen horse and Calling your personal one to follow to carry two at a time if you can't handle it
