Unfortunately i think the world is a bit empty, its weird that you can't say anything like greeting or even robbing NPCs?
The fact that people can see each other globally on the map is not optimal - this turns it into a GTA kill fest.
I had hoped they would be more true to Red Deads feeling of things taking time and consequence would play a larger role - but seems like people can freely shoot each other with not a care in the world

Taking things with a grain of salt and being hopeful for positive change aren't quite the same thing. I understand what you're saying but it doesn't change how much of a grindfest the current state of the game is. People are upset at the current state and saying to take things with a grain of salt because it'll get better based on no evidence isn't really helpful though.
