That's why I preordered CP2077 at GOG. I usually don't preorder at all anything. RDR2 was an exception because I would buy this game even if I had to sell my body. CP2077 is another case because of CDPR, after all they did with The Witcher franchise overall, following what they say and do on conferences.. I just can't believe it won't be another masterpiece.
I'm so excited for it - I actually was happy that RDR2 came in Nov 2019 out of nothing like that. Imagine having both games to play, I would not have enough life to do it..
Also, although most people don't quite love it I do and having Watch Dogs 3 delayed was also a good thing because of that. It's another game I'm excited for

I believe the patch is out for testers
so they can give the devs feedback on the biomes and such
and bugs in general, then it comes to people who either play quite a bit or pay a montly fee for a subscription, getting flair and such
after that it goes to everyone as a test build before heading into LIVE which is the main build of the game

After talking with some people the biggest suspect by far are the Realtek drivers, but it could be also any leftovers
