I'm getting an error message when I try to withdraw

An error message can mean a lot of different things. If you get an error while cashing-out ➡️ go to #🔍help-desk-old and choose the option that best applies from the drop down menu. If you don't know which option to choose - pick the last option and fill out the form to submit a ticket. A member of the dev team will get back to you in 3 - 5 working days.

I got an error that says my location is restricted. What does that mean?

We wish everyone could play Bitcoin Miner! But unfortunately, we can't bring the game to every country, or region.

This can be due to laws and regulations in that specific country/region. It can also be due to hackers and exploiters in the country having made it no longer viable for us to operate there.

Refer to this list: #🌎supported-countries for the current list of banned/available countries.

I received an error. What should I do?

Many errors can be cleared up by clearing your cache (Android) or offloading (iOS) and restarting the game. If you need instruction on how to do this, please check the pinned messages found in #🌕bitcoin-miner.

On mobile click the magnifying glass and click pins.

On a desktop click the thumbtack option at the top right.

You can get any support by opening a ticket in the #🔍help-desk-old. Check each option in the drop down menu to see if it applies to you. If not, click on the last option: "I still need help"

Any tips for a new player?

When you first begin playing make sure to focus on earning as much gold as you can!

Earning gold is how you earn GPU’s and progress in the game. When progress slows down, sell your portfolio for GPU’s and unlock everything (and more) all over again.

How can I spend my bitcoin?

You can transfer your Bitcoin from your Zebedee wallet to any exchange or other Bitcoin wallet that supports the Lightning Network.
You can also use your sats for other cool things, like:

  • Tipping other players with the Zebedee discord bot
  • Tip some streamers and content creators on Twitter and Twitch
  • Invest it!
  • Buy things online with bitcoin vouchers.
  • Hodl on

Can I really earn money playing this game?

Yes! You earn Sats from playing the game.

What is a Sat?

A satoshi represents one hundred millionth of a bitcoin (0.00000001 BTC)

How can I earn Sats?

There are multiple ways to earn Sats!

  • Every time you unlock even numbered rows you earn Sats.
  • Sats will spawn on the top of coins, click them to claim the Sats.
  • You can win Sats by playing the Midweek and Weekend Event.
  • The in-game shop has hidden Sats that you click on for the "Satoshi Hunt".
  • The daily login reward will sometimes award Sats.
  • "Earn More" can sometimes be found on the left side of your games screen. This allows you to play other games to earn Sats.

How do I withdraw my sats?

To cash out your sats you will need the ZEBEDEE app, which will set you up with a brand new, sparkly bitcoin wallet. This wallet is where your funds will go from Bitcoin Miner.

  • Tap 'cash out', log in with ZEBEDEE, then hit 'redeem' and your sats will go straight to your wallet!

If you log into the ZBD App your gamer tag is located on the screen that loads. It will be everything before the @ZBD.GG

Can I use a different wallet?

Right now there is no other wallet to withdraw to. There are plans to add additional cash out methods in the future but it requires a significant amount of work to make happen.

We have a new wallet coming for some states in the United States that are currently unable to withdraw due to legal restrictions that prevent Zebedee from operating there.

Which states in the USA are Zebedee unable to operate with at the moment?

Hawaii, New York, Florida, Massachusetts, Washington.
