The Rocket Game - Guide to simple completion in 8-12 hours
1. At the start hit x2 income and Power surge. Keep doing this
2. Open first row. Tap pickaxe as much as possible. As soon as next row is available open. You may need to upgrade each row as you go but no more than level 50 using “next”.
3. You will probably complete stages 1-3 whilst ascending to the top coin. Remember to do developments(left of pickaxe) Just claim stages 1-3 as you go up. Once you hit the top coin. Change upgrade to “1” and concentrate on upgrading the 2nd and 3rd row only from the top. Tap away for a few minutes. Stage 4 should build quite quickly. Once stage 4 is complete. Sell portfolio for PPU( should be around 100 PPU). Then claim stage 4. You should be able to rebuild right up to the last coin. Tap away for a short while. Open top coin. Do developments and then go offline. Stay offline for an hour(can be a little as 20 minutes to complete for stage 5).
4. Go back to rocket. Collect offline income. If stage is complete then sell portfolio before claiming stage and start stage 6. If not complete then upgrade as much as possible. Then go offline again. (Up to 2 hours for stage 6) - Funded Rocket 50 and 100 at this stage. PPU now 800
5. Repeat this process for all stages left. And you will complete the rocket easily within the allotted time.You will find that at stages 7-8 and up you can start upgrading the top row too. Stage 7 if you check after 40 minutes and do some upgrading, then go offline. Come back 30 minutes later the stage should be complete. Sell PPU and claim stage 7. Fund Rocket 250. PPU now at 1.30k. Open up all rows. Upgrade top rows and do developments and go offline for 20 minutes. Then check back. Claim offline income. Upgrade and go offline again. Repeat this process until stage complete. Sell PPU and claim stage. Repeat for stages 9 and 10
6. Always remember to do developments and keep x2 income and power surge active all the time.
7. Rocket funding!!! This is up to you. You can complete the game without adding funding. However when you have enough PPU I personally upgrade rocket funding to 250 PPU cost. No more is needed. Do this gradually so you don’t drain all your PPU. However do not start upgrading funding until you have at least 500 PPU
8. Completion time 8-12 hours

It happens on mobile devices from time to time. Both with mobile data and WiFi. For some reason although data speeds and connection is ok your device stops sending and receiving. So swapping or rebooting usually works

GPU is for buying sites but it’s very important. Each GPU increase represents a 1% increase in base value of coins. So the more you have the more they are worth and the more you get per tap in the pickaxe. This makes rows easier to open

But I am also paying for x3 when I login to collect, aside from 7 and 10, when the second half was nearly finished.

It works for me, because I get bored sitting there clicking. It's slower, but it works. It's basically just an adapted version of the original guidelines.

I did upgrade to 1k last week, but it didn't make much difference. So, how am I going to use my time, upgrading rows, or opening them all again? I went for the upgrades, as after selling PPUs and opening them all, you don't automatically have enough to upgrade the first row, anyway. Especially if you're also investing in other upgrades as you go.
