Sorry, couldn't resist. It seems the IP addresses generated for your connection are coming from NY State - thus preventing you from getting the connection you need to get Sats from the game.

The sat distribution is very weird in this game. It looks like i earn 300 sats per ace placed but when you go to payout it is actually. 0.3 so 1000 tokens earned in game = 1 sat with a earn rate of about 20k per full game played. Maybe if they add more varieties of solitaire it would be more fun but with the limited play options and minimal payout this game is not worth the time at the moment

Also the ad free version is only available with a monthly subscription. No pay for lifetime. Ads force stop play on a timer which actually becomes very annoying.

Something that could also be corrected is that it is way to easy to play. If you just click a card the game will auto place them for you in the available spot if there are any. Making the game very easy to exploit if you just click every card the game will auto play itself. I think it would be best to remove this feature to make the game harder to play and thus could possibly increase sat payout rate.

I see there are addition play settings you can toggle on/off like 3 card draw and it would be nice if that increased payout as well as that is a much more difficult game to play and complete

Is it just me or are the ads during hands more frequent than they were just a couple of days ago. I was only getting 1 or 2 a game and yesterday was like an ad every 10 or 15 moves as well as between games.

Currently for us, that's the only way we can play it. Play for the first 30 or second (or it counts how many moves you make) then when the add things opens up, just close the game. Luckily when you log back in again, you can resume where you left off or you can start new. It's a pain to keep restarting, but for me to finish a game it can take 3-4 restarts...just depends on the luck of the draw.

I don't play near as often as I would if this was fixed. I definitely play my other Solitaire games much more. (they earn real cash but they are super hard).

It’s now working for me on iOS too. It is quite hard, 50% success rate so far, but the ads are way to frequent at 30 seconds. It’s easier and quicker closing and reopening the game than watching the ads. Can’t see me playing too much tbh because of the ads, and the cost to go ad free are really expensive.

It is a big problem the other day I played a game had the ad before it 4 during the game to clear the round then another ad before it gave the sats for the round. The round clock was like 2:20 and in that time I had to watch all those ads.

I think he's talking about actually inside the ad. Most (but not all) ads have a little "i" inside a circle that you can tap and it sometimes opens an "i"nfo screen that you can use to report ads.

no the issue we are having is that we get 4 ads in a 2 or 3 minute game of solitaire.

I don't think there is anything anyone cae really do about how often the ads play.

Is it really that short between ads? I think we used to have it so it was longer gaps (between each game) but it cut the revenue by 90% so the game wouldn't have been viable. But I've had a conversation today about it because someone else mentioned it. If you could make sure that's definitely how frequent it is, I can check with the team to see if that was the model that was better, and if it's been implemented correctly.

I took a little break from this game and last night I decided to give it a go and see if thhings had changed any or not. I made 200 Sats in under an hour and a half. Commercials were actually not that bad but still just a bit too many in my opinion but much better than before.

I have been playing on a regular basis, and it does feel like the more you play, they better it gets. But it's still too many. And by that I am still getting on average 1 ad every 30-45 seconds. But if I play for like an hour (like while winding down for bed) they get less often.

I've been using the 3 card draw from the beginning since that's what 99% of my other solitaire games are...and that's also how I was raised to play the game by it's rules.

I am for sure NOT winning at the same percentage as you though. Mine is very low and the games are very hard...and usually end with the message that says: "Dead end!"

I've had it on single card flip because that is how it was when I started and didn't look to see if the 3 card was an option. I've seen it played both ways all my life so I don't mind playing either way.

3 card draw solitaire is harder than single card draw so your percentage should be lower. Both are within the rules of the game. Just different aspects of it.

I switched to single card...and the game is soooooo slooooooow. I do not see a difference in the amount of ads either. I do, however, see less Sats (millisats) now that I am paying more attention to it. Payout is less, at least from my observations.

You cannot play any FUMB or ZBD games on multiple devices. That runs the possibility of being banned and they will block you from being able to withdraw your sats.

IE: If it's 100 Sats limit and you withdrew 99 on day one and waited three days you will only get 1 on the next withdraw and trigger a 24 hour cooldown.

The game is not earning SATs when each card is put in place.

it doesn't, only on the aces and finish of the round if I remmeber right.

Before it used to on every card. Then after it was on the first ace card of one color not every symbol. Then at the end of the game. Then now nothing happens!

I know it's not owned by Fumb just produced by them the owners controll the payouts Fumb just runs and maintains it.

the owners won't allow them to tell us how payouts are done exactly so we can't say if we are getting less or not by round but I know when it first came out I got 4 or 5 more sats per win than I do now

So I go to withdraw my sats and i I get an error message that says gamertag unable to withdraw please join our discord server this is the first time I've gotten that error I have withdrawn quite a few times before

have you tried disconnecting your zbd and reconnecting it?

or just change from wifi to data connection might fix it as well.

zbd can be very picky on connections and odd things fix issues sometimes. even just restarting the device could fix it.

in your zbd app click on the profile pic, then in the settings, click account, then connected apps, then find the game and click on itand click disconnect.

Then when you try to cashout it should have you connect it again. I just checked and solitaire issn't showing in my list oc games now so that could be a zbd issue with the app as well then.

I'm going to earn a few sats and see if it allows me to cashout or not.

It should be, it's not showing in mine either that is why I'm trying to earn some sats and see what it does on me.

We will know if it is a you issue or app issue.

I'm also asking the dev's about it to see if others have put in tickets for the issue without asking about it here.

try !swap and or restarting your device.

Please try closing the game, changing from wifi to mobile data (or vice versa), and then reopening the game again. If that doesn't work repeat the steps but with airplane mode instead of swapping the connection.

It was smooth and i withdrew like 120 sats in total from solitare with this exact gamertag without any issue

But 2 weeks ago it started showing that issue

Check to make sure your ZBD account is ok(such as updating their app, kyc if necessary)
If that is all fine, then Create a !ticket ⬇️ the game shouldn’t be ignoring your name like that

You know you can change the gamer tag in ZBD to something easier to type. Maybe you can try that. But it will affect all games you link to ZBD
