Yes, its a bug currently with ZBD. The Devs are aware and working on it. Only thing you can do right now is try to !swap connections and keep restarting the game and hopefully it clears.

Thanks, I’ll keep an eye out and hope it gets fixed soon. It has given me this before but usually switching to a mobile connection has solved the issue until now. Regardless of how many times I try or switch connections, I get the error. I have over 1.7k sats that I can’t withdraw at this point.

I've had two people on here giving me advice on how to increase my production and do better in the game. Upgrading Gobby was one of the first and most important upgrades so I am working on it. I see a hand full of you have stockpiled thousands of Sats and I want to get to that point as well.

This might not be impressive to most of you, but since Saturday I moved up from level 8 (the number under my avatar) to level 11 and bought Gobby and upgraded him to level 5. And it's only Tuesday so I feel like I am progressing pretty fast now. Especially when it use to take me days to pass a "floor" let alone a full Mine.

I am having the same issues getting the VPN message when I try to send my Sats to ZBD. I have tried everything and nothing works now. Rebooting the game used to work as did rebooting my phone or trying it in different areas. No longer. So not sure if I will continue to play if I cannot turn those Sats into $$$. Too bad because I enjoyed playing the game and got to level 36.

For those that are wondering about the increase in VPN errors. We're currently investigating this, and we will hopefully have some kind of answer next week.
If you use the search function in any channel, you'll find tons of responses about the VPN issue. You can also raise a ticket in the #🔍help-desk-old channel and they have a specific option (VPN/Server) in the dropdown you can associate your ticket with. Keep your phone and apps updated as well.

Yeah, I already got a response on this issue. Just letting the person I replied to that they aren’t the only one with the issue. Regardless, whatever service or algorithm they are using wasn’t good in the first place. I have had this issue since I started playing and the solution was always reboot your phone or switch to your mobile connection. The only difference now is that the solutions don’t work. This issue should have been fix way before recently. I have used other apps before with VPN protection and they work flawlessly at detecting VPNs. A company making lots of money off of micro transactions should not have these issue. Just my 2 cents.

I actually think one of the main Admin or Mods on here said it's a ZBD issue and that they were working with their team to fix it. Maybe they can find a final solution now that it's become such a big problem. Just over the last week or two the influx of these issues has more than doubled or trippled so they HAVE to find a solution now because it's affecting probably 50% or more of their users.

People will stop using the apps if they don't fix it.

When you open the game and it asks if you want to increase your offline income, there is an ad option and a gem option. If you chose the gem option, it’s eats them very quickly. Also opening extra rocks/doors in events cost gems as well

If you make a speed run in the cavern after completing the ladder rewards to get sats and the pink diamonds around the map, you will get 30 diamonds and 9 sats per run. the free geod has been dropping legendaries decently also

the worst part is driving around after you are done looking for dynamite barrells to blow yourself up on to end the run😆

Ok, quick rant. Level 5 grinder size upgrade for the Crystal Caverns event made the digger SMALLER. I did end up with more crystals at the end of my run, but it killed my OCD leaving so many behind (not sure how that worked). Kinda glad that run finished the event for me, because I don't know if I could've done that again... Also really proud of myself for completing the event. Considering paying for the pass to get all of the extra gear on that side of the rewards

Yes, I discovered that in my first run last week. I find this event quite easy to complete though. Especially if you keep upgrading the fuel tank, grinder and speed

You only earn sats while actively playing. In the case of Idle Mine, you earn them while upgrading your mines. The higher level you have your equipment, Gobby, and the artifacts, the faster you can clear mines, which in turn is faster sat earnings.

I've been playing for about a month I'm at the point now where I'm running about 300 sats per day which is pretty rad, I also have my speed boost up to 15 minutes, that really cuts down on ads. I'm finding it quite enjoyable to pass the time or even tap the screen while I'm in a virtual meeting, to keep leveling up. I leave my phone plugged in at night on slow charge and just let the game run and dim mode, it earns a lot faster than letting it play in the background!

Yes, out of their bunch, I rather just do this game. I forgot to mention, I am F2P, never deposited anything into this game, just withdraw SATs. In the world of making money from games, I think this is my personal favorite, and the link with ZBD makes it exactly as it sounds, withdraw at any time! Now when it goes to CashApp, its instant. But then you need to convert the bitcoin into dollars or whatever you use, and that can take a few days. Try finding outlets that accept bitcoin as payment and you won't need to wait for it to be converted and lose some of the value in the process.

My offline multiplier is high because I didnt think of what @wind dagger does, by leaving the game on all night. I do like increasing the ad time to max out at 15min, tho it gets expensive, first upgrade gets you +5 minutes then its 1.5 and 1 after, as the gem cost goes up.

That genie bottle gives you great upgrades, and the gems also help you complete the events

It’s a pesky setup on the withdrawal. It’s technically a cumulative limit(so it’s only daily when you withdraw the max every day).

IE: If it's 100 Sats limit and you withdrew 99 on day one and waited three days you will only get 1 on the next withdraw and trigger a 24 hour cooldown.

FWIW, I was talking about leaving my phone play in that dim mode with the little padlock on it while plugged in overnight. I watched 30 minutes of ads before bed got 13 hours of speed boost. That took me through the night and will take me through my morning meetings at work. I can add on at lunch time. I earned enough to max out one asset, and upgrade three more, and do the big upgrade from the little upgrade arrow icon, it goes a lot faster like that for sure!

So when you choose to not get the weekly pass you can get 25 gems every time by watching a video.

I have the weekly pass, why can't I choose gems every time as the gold from the gift is so insignificant and is really a waste for me. I need gems and paying for a pass every week should allow me to get gems only from the gift since people without the pass have a choice. It doesn't seem right at all.

Also, why don't gems scale when you choose the artifact to increase gift amounts. Gems are a gift and should scale with percentage every time you upgrade the gift artifact.

Paying for a weekly pass should allow the player his or her choice of gems or gold from the gifts. The drop rate of gems is pretty bad and again the gold from gifts is so small it has no impact on leveling the mines.

I'm on mine 73 so I have been playing for a while and these are some observations I feel should be addressed.

As far as gems go, you can still get a ton. If I were you I would max out the first and last gems in your mine (along with counter-space + extra miners + word of mouth upgrades), then go in order from the pop-up in the middle of the screen for upgrade progression

That is where things get fun. You ready?

You will use a lighting address (ZBD prefers lighting transfers) it costs a small % of the total SATs being transfered.

This lighting address will need to point to the wallet you want it to go too. If you have trouble finding or gaining your lighting transfer address you will want to reach out to the help options of the wallet you are using. Fair warning ZBD help desk is sluggish.

Its easier to wait till you have at least 10usd of SATs before you transfer as you require a minimum to successfully transfer.

I am sorry I also use wallet interchangeably with exchange services like coinbase. If you have an exchange service like coinbase you can also lighting transfer to it or their wallet.

If you dont have one yet coinbase is simple and easy. Kraken is super secure and nice as well.

I've noticed that Google ads can be the worst! Those are at least a minute long. I think that they should ban ads longer than 30 seconds, especially when they're so frequent. But it's to do with the ad supplier rather than the game, the length of the ads.

Some ad providers allow you to react to the ads, and I wish that was standard.

Can someone from Fumb games verify? You can’t find bitcoin anymore? In the description of the game in the AppStore it still says you can but in the current version, 1.1.5 there is no bitcoin and no way to cash out. Is that correct?

It was a tip from MamaBear! Also saving gems for four of the biggest gear packs (300 each). Although I usually find I earn enough during the event itself.

The hardest ones are the ones that require playing time. Customers doesn't earn enough pickaxes, so you can't just leave the game running. Most of it requires active play or luck. So I often get all but the last one.

You can usually get a few Legendaries during the midweek event, which is perfect for getting some of those upgrades!

Bitcoin Miner and Idle Mine you can let play while doing other things and only interact every so often to collect things, move up, etc...otherwise you can just let it play (while you are working, eating, cooking, etc).

That's what I do a lot of the time during the day while I am working now.
