You should try asking WAMC on SDN or use wedgedawg calculator. Personally wouldnt apply with no shadowing, no research, and low volunteering tacked on with a avg MCAT and a low gpa. Your ECs dont do enough to cover for your stats imo
Strong overall ECs with those stats, youd have a great shot getting in MD by being early. Idk what ECs for DO look like, but your stats would be strong for DO
