Stand your ground isn't that useful unless you want to raise your pi with it, so it can be useful for arena. Some champs are better with it though, like moleman. With 3 points in syg for moleman, he can block heavy and unblockable attacks, which can be useful.

It's a solid defense mastery. Especially combined with max limber, like for bgs for example

Not really reliable though since the max chance is 50%, but I see your point.

That's fine though, it catches them off guard. If you're not running both you're at a disadvantage in bgs
