Bottom intake mounting bracket on a Fractal Torrent vs a full ATX mobo.

It's wedged.

I could file down the fans that are pushing into my motherboard. Or

I could get the bottom fan mounting bracket to thread in if I just torqued it down a little first.

What would you do in my shoes?

For context these are the 38mm thick fans usually mounted in the front
