Lian li fans won’t show up although they’re connected,

The fans work but are just at normal speed so when the pc gets hot they don’t do enough to cool it down, I loaded up a csgo game and just sat in the lobby and it just kept rising in temp all the way up to 70c then I entered a game and it went to like 78c and then got a boot screen or whatever saying your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. It’s water cooled I know it shouldn’t be running that hot.

Ngl I think this might be the lian li controller fault
