I currently have:
i5 12400f stock cooler
Msi b660M-P motherboard
2x8 gb 3200 mhz ram
1tb ssd
Rx 6700 xt 12gb

Im having thougts about selling that and upgrading to:
Ryzen 7 7800x3d
thermalright aqua elite 360mm cooler
Asus TUF gaming b650
1x16 gb 6000 mhz cl36 ram
1tb ssd
Rx 9060xt 16gb

It will be around 1700 USD. How much of a price difference would you be willing to spend before the upgrade is no longer worth it? 🙂

I play mainly cs2. Feel free to give me tips on changes. Thansk in advanced 🙂

I'd get a 9600X or 7500X3D if it's available for a good price, and get another stick of RAM. 7800X3D is overkill here imo

And maybe you could keep using the 6700XT for a while until you save up and get a 9070XT cause the 6700XT is still a good card

Your current motherboard is good. The only reaosn to get something better like a Z-series mb would be if you want to overclock

definitely try to get 2x 16gb sticks tho

Okok, is it possible to undervolt on that Motherboard? Cause from i have heard it's like better than overclocking. And is 2 sticks really that important? My thought was to get 1 stick now and the 2nd when price has dropped. From what I have seen it's not that big of a difference?
