#PS5 SSD M.2 Slot issues

Hey guys so here’s the issue my cousins having major issues with his ps5 m.2 slot.

he bought an ssd and it wasn’t formatting, would get stuck on 13% and then crash his ps5.

he returned the ssd and got a new one. the new one worked great for a couple months now, exact same issue.

suddenly told him to reformat and 13%, crash.

clearly gotta be the m.2 slot. here’s a picture if that helps

i do see something strange in here can u check it out ? because made sure it clean everything no dust just none anything

yeah it was dust in that circle. it’s corsair. and yes the heatsink is installed
