I just got a 9800X3D, had issues but got to get it running fine. Now I got the problem that when I get into a game such as Rainbow Six Siege X the GPU utilization instant goes up to 100%, my frame rate is around 25 constantly and the frame time is insanely high as well.
What I was able to make out:
I sometimes get an error when starting up R6 which says my driver is incompatible or corrupt ( Reinstalled different drivers multiple times including Pro Drivers without luck)
It's most likely nothing in the BIOS, didn't change anything there and still doesn't work
It's not the iGPU (It's disabled)
GPU and CPU Render Times averaged 13.3ms (2.7ms was normal before the upgrade)
I've also tried two different chipset drivers and two different BIOS versions.
Temperatures seem normal, wattage seems normal as well.
