monitors turn off and on randomly

hey my monitors keep turning off and on randomly, it always happens twice, and the one monitor that has hdr on always turns if off on the first black-back then back on the second time. this is what my gpu voltage looks like, also two of my monitors are connected to my mobo but they're turning off and on too. do any of you have any clue what's going on?

It could be cable or port related. If one cable is faulty itll trigger windows to reset layout causing both to flash. Try each on their own for a short time, swapping cables and ports etc.
