#Audio Dropping and Popping

On any applications that use voice chat (so far tested discord and VRChat), people mics will often make popping sounds and sometimes just drop out for a second, shown by their icon stopping lighting up, and then coming back making a pretty bad popping sound. Popping sounds also occur when this doesn't happen. I have built a completely new computer except for my GPU, but I even tried out my friends GPU as well with the new build. I have also tried dual booting Windows 10, as well as contacting my ISP and asking if they see any issues on their side or with my connection, which they said no. I have tried multiple different Nvidia drivers, I have reinstalled all my motherboard/sound/LAN/etc. drivers multiple times, even trying generic Windows audio drivers. I have tried multiple audio outputs but that shouldn't even matter because I can screen record the issue in Windows. My headphones even have a DAC but that doesn't help. I've tried different Bios tweaks, windows power settings, etc. I've tried both Ethernet and wireless internet connection. I've changed my page file minimums and maximums. I've ran event viewer, wireshark, latencymon, process lasso. I honestly don't know what to do at this point. I can send my latencymon report from the other night and some videos showing my issue. I've been dealing with this for 2 months and nobody knows how to fix it. I've tried a bunch of other fixes over the course as well but I can't remember at this time; I've tried DESPERATELY to fix this. I even took my old PC that had this issue to my friends house and it still had the same issue. Ive tried cloudflare WARP and a VPN. I do not have issues with spotify at all. Tested twitch and youtube it all seemed fine. Game audio is fine too, just not peoples mics.
