#Windows Security after installing a new SSD

So basically, I just replaced an old (kinda dying HDD) with a new SSD in my laptop but now whenever I try to launch an app from the SSD it triggers "Windows Security" telling me that the "files may be harmful".
What's wrong?

fixed, I "reset the internet zones to their default levels" and now no more prompt
