Hi I have a very weird issue with my laptop at the moment. Its an aorus 17 xe4 with a 3070ti and a 360hz display. The issue im having is that when set to 360 hz ALL of my games are set to 60 hz but when the panel is set to 60 the fps becomes unlocked. V sync is off in game and in the nvidia app. Windows 11 is updated and my gpu drivers are updated to its current settings. I have no clue how to fix this. Some games regardless are stuck to 60 at all times
Its also plugged in with the power mode set to high performance with turbo mode turned on in the gigabyte command center and temps are great so its not throttling
this also causes huge artifacts and weird effects
my primary display also doesnt even show up in the nvidia app under systems or under nvidia control panel it only shows my external display

Games can have their own profile of presets separate from your global presets, including your fps cap.
