That's the Windows loading step. The screen going black at this point suggests an issue with the GPU/GPU driver. Load up safe mode and DDU.
To enter safe mode you have to hold the power button as soon as you see the spinning circle three times in a row. It should then boot to recovery
In the recovery menu Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Startup Settings (You sometimes have to click More Options to see this). You should now only have a Restart button clickable on the screen. Click it.
On the next restart, do safe mode with networking.

If it still happens, an issue with the GPU is the main suspect. Testing it in a different PC would be the only next step other than sending it back under the warranty or replacing it.
