SUPER CLEAN... i wouldnt change a thing.
If I had to change SOMETHING... the only 2 cables visible are your keyboard/mouse... maybe go wireless?
Also try Comfortable Office Chairs instead of gaming chairs... your back will thank you in the long run

probably get a wireless mouse, you can get great ones for under $100, maybe a 2nd screen, would be above your current one
