I just got this pc. I can video call to show u. My brother is a bit busy now. Is it a bad idea to clean with my clean soft makeup brush that is dry. Google says it's okay. This pc is very precious to me as it's given by my 2 brothers. Please help. Thank you very much

that’s fine, might damage the brush though

if you have a soft bristle paintbrush that would probably be better for the stuck on dust but go buy some canned air it will make the process so much easier and quicker, also when using air canned or a compressor hold the fan blades so they don't end up dying by spinning too fast.
