So I just switched my of to a new case and installed some cable mod cables, problem is the only thing that turns on is the led’s on the motherboard. No fan will spin, no bios code, nothing. I tried jumping the pins, using the power button on the mother board, replacing the cmos battery, reseating the cpu, switching back to the original cables, using a different psu and still nothing.
Also double checked just now my psu model and my order

Also just tried unscrewing it from the case and putting on a piece of cardboard to see if a standoff was shorting it, but still nothing 🥀

Update I cleaned the 24pin contacts on the motherboard with isopropyl and it works
