GPU: Radeon Rx 7900xt
Im watching youtube over microsoft edge, when playing a video and looking into task manager, it says under gpu "Compute 0 = 100%" and it feels like im watching every video in 10fps. I tried enabling and disabling hardware acceleration in the browser settings but did not help

Edge is just Chromium now so it shouldn't matter.
