Hi All,
I have an old book from 1935ish written by my late great-grandfather, which I got on eBay. It is in Hungarian, and I want to scan it, OCR and translate it into English.

I have done some research, and good book scanners can cost a fair bit. What do people recommend? I am happy to use a phone, my S25+, but only if I get good results.

If anyone can advise me, that would be great.

You can use a piece of glass to flatten the page, then use your phone to take an image and increase the contrast for better clarity
