I’m no Linux expert but this one is EASY.

For Ubuntu you have to install Ubuntu with secure boot enabled. Your boot loader expects secure boot disabled as you installed with it disabled. You cannot as far as I am aware, change that with Ubuntu without a reinstall.

In some cases you might need to enroll its certificate into the mok manager, but that's also easy
