Can you be any clearer? I am not sure what the problem is.

#

Is it the GPU is not working at all?

The fan is on, but its not reading anywhere

#

not showing up on windows or cpu bios

#

and theres no gpu bios

Do you have an igpu on the cpu to test?

#

And are the PCIe power connectors plugged in to the gpu you’re using?

I am using integrated graphics now, the gpu is plugged in and the fan is spinning if that helps

Does it show up in device manager

No

Still wondering about this

Both the 970 and 1080 did not show up?

runic jay
#

Yea

#

I think it’s motherboard

#

1080 worked on a friends pc

You could try a cpu reseat

runic jay
#

How would do that?

ionic lotus
#

take off the cooler, remove the cpu, put the cpu back, put thermal paste on, and put the cooler back on

runic jay
#

no software just hardware?

ionic lotus
#

yes

runic jay
#

ok thanks

#

ill try later this week

an improperly seated cpu can cause flaky ram, missing ram, flaky pcie, missing pcie (causing gpu to not show up), and other stuff like that

It sounds like a fkd PCIe port tbh and needs a new mobo.
