How to move storage from my D drive to my C drive on windows 11.

I tried many tutorials but nothing works out, the only things I never tried was using partition wizard and command prompt since I don’t know if its safe. I need to resolve this issue soon since my screen randomly flickers and I THINK its a sign of outdated gpu drivers and its becoming an issue.

For the OS usually best off just reinstall on the bigger drive and copy files over from the smaller one then wipe out
