Can the laptop run NVME ssd? or does it support only SATA ssd?

win 11 installer - so i guess you are installing op. system and your laptop is currently without one.
not familiar with fanxiang disks, but they may require some sort of driver. You may try to install correct drivers in some way, but easier would be to try and disable secure boot options in bios or change storage configurations..
Since you didnt specify rest of the components - make sure your MB is updated to be able to run the disk. If you got second disk, pop it into that slot, if it doesnt detect the "working" ssd, its faulty slot.
