power issues?

also when I try to use my laptop to login to microsoft it just says too many requests

I tried a different laptop also and I dont have access to my phone because its gone for repair

I can get in to my microsoft account but when I try to go aka.ms/recoverykey it asks for password and says "too many requests" and I put in the right password

tried with a vpn and my brothers laptop still says too many requests

well ion know about all of it but for the microsoft thing, just wait a couple hours, so turn everything thats trying to get into microsoft off
