reduce any sort of processing (lower res lower overall graphics quality settings) and will be putting less load on the hardware and will have lower temps but in terms of like keeping everything maxed all can do is crank up fans earlier (adjust fan curves) or limit max temps before things throttle basically

alternatives just get some kind of "cooling pad" for when gaming with it, this and battery life are basically two reasons I avoid gaming laptops though
80-90C might be fine for the hardware but not great for my body 😄

Assuming you got a discrete GPU, it’s not the CPU that’s the problem.

The problem is you have a 5080 mobile gpu in a confined space. Best you will get is one of those laptop dock/hubs with fans you can put your laptop on
