If have integrated graphics try the HDMI port on the mainboard otherwise try reseating GPU and it's power. Also you trying for literal first boot? Also also what main board and have you checked the manual for any boot diagnostic lights or beep codes. Anything related to diagnostic indicators? Some of them show if CPU ram or VGA/GPU fault from the initial startup
