#help with mapping key combination to run a file

I'm using Windows 11 and while trying to map a key combination/shortcut (win + ctrl + S) to open and run a python file (custom screen capture script), i installed Windows PowerToys. if i run the file by its self then i get no errors and it runs fine but it wont run through the shortcut. does anyone know what might be wrong?
i also set the elevation to "elevated" and tried the shortcut again and it gave the following (the last image)

you try giving it the full command like python Capture.py ?

typically you don't run a python file directly you use the interpreter to interpret the file at runtime to execute
